About Founder
Dr. Dušan Grubišić
International Performer · Artistic Director · Lead Educator
Maison Gruba was founded by Dr. Dušan Grubišić, a DMA-trained performer, competition voice coach, and university educator with international experience across Europe and the United States.
Having lived in multiple countries and traveled to over 28 nations, Dr. Grubišić brings a global, culturally informed, and deeply human approach to music education. His teaching blends healthy technique, strong musicianship, storytelling, and expressive freedom.
Maison Gruba reflects his lifelong desire to create spaces where people feel safe, welcomed, and artistically alive.

How the House Works
Maison Gruba operates on clarity, respect, and consistency.

Maison Gruba — The House of Music, Poetry & Arts celebrates the growth, artistry, and community of its students and members. As part of our studio activities, lessons, classes, recitals, workshops, performances, social events, and other Maison Gruba experiences, the studio may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture images, video, audio, written testimonials, student work, and related media.
By enrolling in Maison Gruba, the student and/or parent/legal guardian grants Maison Gruba LLC, Dr. Dušan Grubišić, and authorized Maison Gruba representatives permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, archive, display, distribute, and share such media for studio archival, educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, newsletter, press, commercial, and community-building purposes.
This permission includes use on Maison Gruba’s website, social media platforms, printed materials, digital media, promotional videos, advertisements, studio presentations, recital materials, and other public or private studio-related communications.
The student and/or parent/legal guardian understands and agrees that no compensation, royalties, approval rights, or additional permission will be required for Maison Gruba’s use of such media. Maison Gruba may edit, crop, adapt, or combine media with other materials, while making reasonable efforts to present students respectfully and professionally.
Maison Gruba will not intentionally publish a minor student’s full name together with identifying personal information without additional permission. First names, group references, event names, lesson moments, recital participation, and general studio context may be used when appropriate.
By enrolling, the student and/or parent/legal guardian releases Maison Gruba LLC, Dr. Dušan Grubišić, its teachers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and authorized media partners from any claims, demands, or liability related to the authorized use of such media, including claims related to privacy, publicity, copyright, image, likeness, voice, or promotional use.
Families or adult students who do not wish to be included in identifiable promotional media must submit a written media opt-out request to Maison Gruba before participation in lessons, events, recitals, classes, or other studio activities. Maison Gruba will make reasonable efforts to honor written opt-out requests for future media use, although incidental appearance in group or background settings may not always be fully avoidable.
