About Founder

Dr. Dušan Grubišić
International Performer · Artistic Director · Lead Educator

Maison Gruba was founded by Dr. Dušan Grubišić, a DMA-trained performer, competition voice coach, and university educator with international experience across Europe and the United States.

Having lived in multiple countries and traveled to over 28 nations, Dr. Grubišić brings a global, culturally informed, and deeply human approach to music education. His teaching blends healthy technique, strong musicianship, storytelling, and expressive freedom.

Maison Gruba reflects his lifelong desire to create spaces where people feel safe, welcomed, and artistically alive.

Victor

Victor is a passionate pianist and educator dedicated to fostering artistry and personal growth in his students. His teaching at Maison Gruba embodies the values of care, clarity, and musical sensitivity, focusing on healthy technique and building confidence through tailored instruction. With a strong classical foundation and collaborative spirit, Victor empowers students to develop both technical skills and freedom at the piano. Currently pursuing Piano Performance at the University of Houston, collaborates with esteemed faculty and brings a wealth of experience as an independent teacher and collaborator.

Esteban

Esteban is a passionate musician and educator dedicated to nurturing the artistry and growth of his students. With a degree in music from San Jacinto College and continued studies on a full-ride scholarship at the University of St. Thomas, he combines his classical training in vocal performance with extensive choral experience to create engaging lessons. Since 2019, Est has inspired students of all ages to enhance their music literacy and develop strong practice habits, leading to successful audition outcomes. His teaching at Maison Gruba reflects a commitment to curiosity, discipline, and personal growth, helping each student discover their unique musical voice.

How the House Works

Maison Gruba operates on clarity, respect, and consistency.

• Changes require written notice by the 15th
• Makeup lessons are limited and structured
